About billing.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial. A card is required at checkout and nothing is charged until the trial ends; cancel before then and you pay nothing.

What does a card payment cost?

Two fees, both shown before you commit. Stripe's processing fee of 2.9% + 30¢ (US cards) on every card payment, deducted from your payout. And enpet's fee, charged on top of it: 0% on Solo; 1.5% on Starter; 1% on Professional; 0.5% on Enterprise. Tips carry the same enpet rate as any other card payment. Cash and external payments carry no fee.

How does texting work?

Every plan from Starter up includes your own local business number, one per location, and a monthly allowance of texts counted in 160-character segments (Starter 1,000; Professional 2,000; Enterprise 4,000). Clients can save the number, call it and text it back, and their replies are free. Solo does not include texting; add Texting for $9 a month to get a local number and 400 texts a month.

What happens when I reach a limit?

Stock limits such as staff seats stop the next addition and tell you which plan lifts it. Monthly allowances reset each period. Welfare records and notifications to pet owners are never blocked by a plan.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, and nothing is deleted to fit a smaller plan.

Do you charge per location?

No. Each plan includes a number of locations; Enterprise has no limit.
