Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day trial, and no card is needed to start it. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe; if you don't, you pay nothing.
Two fees, both shown before you commit. Stripe's processing fee of 2.9% + 30¢ (US cards) on every card payment, deducted from your payout. And enpet's fee, charged on top of it: 0% on Solo; 1.5% on Starter; 1% on Professional; 0.5% on Enterprise. Tips carry the same enpet rate as any other card payment. Cash and external payments carry no fee.
Texting is opening to businesses soon: enpet is finishing carrier registration. Once it opens, every plan from Starter up includes your own toll-free business number, verified with the carriers in your business's legal name, and a monthly allowance of texts counted in 160-character segments (Starter 1,000; Professional 2,000; Enterprise 4,000). Texting starts once the verification is approved, usually 3–5 business days after you send your business details; you'll need your legal business name and EIN (sole proprietors without one can still apply). Clients can save the number, call it and text it back, and their replies are free. Plans without a texting allowance keep every in-app, push and email notification.
Stock limits such as staff seats stop the next addition and tell you which plan lifts it. Monthly allowances reset each period. Welfare records and notifications to pet owners are never blocked by a plan.
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period, and nothing is deleted to fit a smaller plan.
No. Each plan includes a number of locations; Enterprise has no limit.
