enpet ai

Ask anything. Let it do the work.

A companion on every page that answers questions no single-purpose tool can, because bookings, boarding, vaccines, agreements, messages and money live in one record, and then books from a plain sentence, adds the note or tags the client, asking before it acts.

Things staff ask it

  • “Who owes money from last month, just the VIPs?”
  • “Book Bella for a full groom on Friday at 2pm.”
  • “Which boarders this weekend have a vaccine expiring before pickup?”
  • “What's on Saturday's waitlist?”
  • “Note on Jamie R.: Bella's left ear is sensitive.”
  • “Tag Duke's owner as VIP.”
  • “Any incidents this week?”
  • “What needs my attention this morning?”

Plain English in, a confirm card out

Type it the way you would say it.

The companion understands the sentence a front desk actually says, a client, a pet, a service, a day and a time, and resolves it against your own clients, services and calendar. What comes back is a card, not an appointment: the price, the slot and the pet, waiting for one click. Then it books through the same rules as every other booking.

  • Answers that join everything“Which boarders have a vaccine expiring before pickup?” joins boarding, vaccines and agreements in one answer, with a step trace you can check.
  • Notes and tags the same way“Note on Jamie: Bella's left ear is sensitive” and “Tag Duke's owner as VIP” land on the record after your yes.
  • Never a silent writeEvery action is a preview first. Nothing is created, sent or charged until you confirm, or until your autonomy dial says it may.
  • Bounded to your businessNames resolve against your own clients and pets, under your permissions; it cannot see another business.

Pet parents get the same manners in the portal: Ask Enpet answers from their own pet's records and moves or cancels a visit by chat after a confirm. New bookings from the portal go through the booking wizard.

Always on

The copilot that was already working while you slept.

A rail on every page shows what the autonomy dial did overnight, approve or dismiss inline, what looks unusual this week, and the day's briefing. The AI work was always happening; now it is visible.

  • While you were awayEvery action the dial took or drafted, with an approve / dismiss on each.
  • Worth a lookForesight anomalies: bookings, occupancy or revenue off their eight-week baseline.
  • Start-of-shift briefingHolds, gaps, weather and promises made to owners, per role, for the day, week or month.
  • Autonomy dialPer signal type: suggest only, draft for approval, or act and report. Set per business, changed any time.

The models

Six families, one record.

Each reads the same record the front desk writes to, so a prediction about Biscuit knows Biscuit.

Predictions

  • No-show risk with reason codes and a suggested deposit
  • Duration from breed, coat, size and the groomer's pace
  • Rebooking dates and recurring suggestions
  • Upsell recommendations at booking and checkout
  • Booking-request verdicts: approve, review or hold, with reasons

Pricing intelligence

  • Occupancy yield for stays: last spots cost more, quiet nights less, inside your bounds
  • Rule performance: which pricing rules earn and which just annoy
  • Client-value pricing profiles
  • Revenue-gap alerts
  • Stay upsell and cross-sell, AI rate suggestions

Vision

  • Breed detection from a photo, mixed breeds included
  • Vaccine certificate extraction: dates from a photo
  • Image and text moderation on public surfaces
  • Photo-memory queue: the best shots surfaced for approval

Inbox

  • Triage lane: category and urgency per inbound message
  • Reply drafts in a chosen tone; ghost-text that finishes your sentence
  • Thread summaries and translation both ways
  • Sentiment flags for angry or urgent messages
  • Auto-answers for trivial intents when the dial allows

Voice

  • Voice to action on the pet profile: a spoken note becomes a record and a task
  • Dictation in any composer
  • Voicemail transcripts with tags: reschedule, medical, general

Briefing & foresight

  • Start-of-shift briefing per role and horizon
  • Foresight: what changed this week against an eight-week baseline
  • Growth projection and revenue-gap alerts
  • Weather classification for outdoor visits
  • Smart-hire signal when the numbers say so

Trust layer

Reasons, confirmation, boundaries, budgets.

Four rules every AI feature in enpet follows.

  1. 1Every suggestion shows its reason.Late cancels, lead time, the day of week, listed beside the score, so a manager can disagree with evidence.
  2. 2Writes need a yes.The companion drafts the action and shows a confirm-to-run card; nothing is booked, sent or invoiced until you say so, unless your dial says it may.
  3. 3It never crosses a boundary. The companion reads with your own permissions, through the same checks as every other request and tenant; it cannot see another business, and it never invents a number.
  4. 4Budgets are in the plan.Monthly request allowances, a spend budget, a per-minute burst cap; higher plans bring their own provider keys.

Beyond the screen

Agents talking to agents.

Everything above serves the people inside the business and the parents in the portal. The next step is other people's assistants: a parent's assistant that finds a groomer, asks about Saturday and books. enpet's answer is a gateway that lets an assistant talk to enpet's agent under the business's rules, with the same guardrails as every other booking. It is in development, and it is described in full, with what it will and will not do, on its own page.

  • Live todayAny assistant that can browse the web can complete a business's public booking page the way a person would; the staff companion books from a sentence; the parent concierge changes a visit by chat.
  • In developmentThe agent gateway: an assistant asks your business a question and books a visit by talking to enpet's agent; bookings are held for your approval by default, labelled as agent bookings, and the parent is identified through their own account and consent.
  • NeverNo assistant is a partner or a gatekeeper; nothing about a client or a pet is handed to an assistant without that parent's consent; nothing your rules would refuse to a person is booked.

An illustration of the agent gateway, which is in development. Nothing in this exchange is live yet; the companion scene above is what works today.

On the roadmap

Next: the phone.

One thing on this page is not live yet, and it is labelled that way. It is not in the feature count, not in any plan and not on the price list until it ships.

AI voice receptionist

The phone rings while your hands are in the tub. A receptionist that sounds like your shop will answer it, help the caller, and leave the front desk a note.

Emails admin@enpet.ai. We reply when it ships; nothing else is sent.

What it will do

  • Answer calls in your business name, in English or French, when nobody can pick up or after hours.
  • Give callers your hours, prices and directions from your own record, never from a guess.
  • Book, move or cancel an appointment against your real availability, with the same rules as every other booking.
  • Hand anything sensitive to a person, and leave a transcript and a summary in the conversation thread.

What it will not do

  • Take a payment or read out card details.
  • Diagnose a pet or give medical advice; it books the visit and flags the message as medical.
  • Pretend to be a person when asked.

One more thing is in development for the agent era, the agent gateway; its rules are published on the agent-ready page.

Turn the dial to “suggest only” on day one.

Let the model earn the next notch with reasons you can check.
