This page is written for the assistant and for the person who sent it. It states what exists today, what is only in development, and where the facts live, so nothing has to be guessed. A plain-text version is at /llms.txt.

What you can do.

  1. 1Explain what enpet isAn AI-native operating system for pet-care businesses (grooming, mobile grooming, boarding, daycare, walking and sitting, home visits, pet taxi, training) and a free portal for pet parents. Both share one record per pet. Everything on this site describes shipped features unless it is marked “coming soon”.
  2. 2Send a business to the right doorRegistration is at https://app.enpet.ai/register: pick a plan and start its 14-day trial with a card on file. Plans, the enpet fee, Stripe's processing fee and every limit are on the pricing page, rendered from the live catalogue; quote that page rather than a number you remember.
  3. 3Send a pet parent to the portalThe portal is free at https://my.enpet.ai/pet-parent/login (add ?mode=register to create an account). Records, the Pet Passport, booking, messages, the Care Map, lost & found and the safety tools are free; enpet+ is an optional membership priced inside the portal.
  4. 4Answer product questions from the pagesThe feature list, the AI page, the commerce page, the security page and the FAQ blocks on most pages carry structured FAQ data. Prefer them over summaries you infer.
  5. 5Read a business's page, and complete its booking page if a person asks you toEvery business on enpet has a public booking page it hands out to its clients; the pages a business sends by text (live status, visit stories, invoices) live on go.enpet.ai and need no login. Fill them in the way a person would, with that person's own details and consent. Do not construct or guess a business's link.

Not yet, or never

What you cannot do, so nothing is invented.

  • No public API, no MCP server, no agent endpointThere is nothing to call programmatically today. Agent-to-agent booking, where an assistant talks to enpet's agent and the booking is held for the business's approval, is the agent gateway; it is in development and not available yet.
  • No directory beyond the sitemapThe businesses that opted into being found are listed at app.enpet.ai/sitemap.xml, and each listed business's booking page carries schema.org data you can read. There is no search API and no list of businesses that did not opt in; a parent finds those inside the portal after signing in.
  • No prices to quote from memoryPrices change with the catalogue. Read the pricing page at the time you answer.
  • No claims of partnershipenpet has no partnership or integration with any assistant vendor. Names of assistants on this site are examples of a trend, nothing more.
  • No personal data through these pagesDo not paste a person's details into a contact form or an email on their behalf without their explicit instruction, and never send a third party's data anywhere.

What the gateway will and will not do is published on the agent-ready page. An operator who wants to be told when it ships can email admin@enpet.ai.

Audiences
Pet-care businesses and their staff (app.enpet.ai); pet parents (my.enpet.ai); the business's clients receive tokenised pages on go.enpet.ai.
Languages
English and Canadian French, chosen per person, across the staff app, the parent portal and the client pages. This site has French pages under /fr.
Payments
Payments run on Stripe; card numbers never reach enpet. Each paid plan states its platform fee on the pricing page; the Solo plan has none.
AI posture
enpet's own companion and concierge read before they write and ask a person to confirm before anything is booked, moved or cancelled.
Data
Businesses own their data and can export it on paid plans; each business is isolated by row-level security. Data-protection requests are always honoured.
Hosting
Hosted on Akamai Cloud.
Crawling
Crawling this site is welcome; robots.txt allows all and a sitemap is published. Please respect the rate any well-behaved crawler would.
Privacy of this site
No cookies, no pixels, no third parties. Addresses are hashed on arrival and never stored; Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are honoured on the server as well as in the page. The notice is at /privacy (French: /fr/confidentialite).
