The agent era

When your clients' assistants start booking, they will book with the business machines can read and cannot break.

Soon a parent's assistant will do the finding, the asking and the booking. Two things decide whose calendar it lands in: whether a machine can read your business, and whether it can transact with you without breaking your rules. enpet was built for both, on one consented record per pet, with a booking path an assistant cannot bypass.

  • Live todayThe companion books from a sentence, the concierge changes visits by chat, every business has a public booking page that machines can read, and vaccine gates, deposits and approve-first already govern every booking.
  • In developmentThe agent gateway: a parent's assistant asks your business and books, held for your approval by default, labelled as an agent booking, identified through the parent's own account and consent.
  • NeverNo assistant as a partner or gatekeeper. Nothing about a client or a pet without that parent's consent. Nothing your rules would refuse to a person.

Two products, one pet record

Businesses run on the dashboard. Parents live in the portal.

Separate sign-ins, shared records: what a groomer notes about a dog can reach its kennel and its owner, with consent. Pick your door.

One pet record, every visit

The shop never starts from zero.

Every groom, stay, walk and class adds to a profile of the pet that grows with every visit: tools that worked, cues that calmed, meds, vaccines, the thing it will not tolerate. It follows the pet across groomers, services and locations, and, with the owner's consent, across providers, through a Pet Passport the owner controls.

  • Handling cues on the profileMuzzle needs, dryer sensitivity, blade notes and bite risk shown before anyone accepts the booking.
  • A vaccine ledger, not a checkboxRequirements per species, expiry dates from the certificate photo, warn or block at booking.
  • A passport the owner controlsShared by section and audience, verifiable by any provider, revocable any time.

Messaging

One conversation. Every channel. Booking inside it.

A text, a voicemail, an in-app message and an email from the same client are one thread. Send a priced offer and the parent taps Accept, a real appointment, no phone call. Drafts, summaries and translation are one chip away.

  • Bookable offersA card in the thread becomes an appointment in one tap.

  • Reply-AssistTone-aware drafts and ghost-text; you edit, you send.
  • In-app firstFree with push; SMS only when it matters.

The Grooming Hub, and the owner's phone

Move the card. The owner sees it.

The day runs on a kanban board: checked in, bathing, drying, grooming, finishing, ready. Every move updates the live page the owner opened from one text, and when the card reaches Ready, the pickup message goes out on its own. Nobody calls the front desk to ask.

  • Board, queue, timeline

Three views of the same day. Move a card on the board or step a pet forward from the table.

  • The rail follows

Expected, checked in, in service, ready, picked up, on a page the owner opens from one text. No app, no login.

  • Ready sends itself

The pickup message goes out when the card lands on Ready, in-app first, SMS if it is not read.

Everything the front desk needs

One system, not four tools and a whiteboard.

Scheduling, arrivals, kennels, messaging, payments, compliance, field work and reporting share the same record. Nothing is re-keyed, nothing is bolted on.

Scheduling that resolves itself

Skills, shifts, buffers, time-off and recurring rules become bookable slots. Smart reassign when someone calls in sick.

Ask anything. Let it do the work. Check its reasons.

A companion on every page answers questions that join bookings, boarding, vaccines, agreements and money, then books from a plain sentence, adds the note, tags the client, and shows a confirm-to-run card before anything is written. Around it, the inbox drafts and translates replies, the calendar predicts no-shows, and a copilot rail shows what ran overnight.

Every job has a screen. Most also have a sentence.

The dashboard is complete on its own: a calendar, the boards, the ledger, the rules, the records. The companion is a second way in for the moments your hands are full, never the only way.

The grooming calendar for a Saturday: three groomers in columns, appointments for Ivy, Finn, Stella, Maple, Archie and Toffee, a 56% utilisation figure and nine walk-ins waiting.

“Book Bella for a full groom on Friday at 2.”

Type it. Confirm. Booked.

The Billing Hub: invoiced and collected month to date with sparklines, pickups due today, disputes and outstanding balance watched, and the point-of-sale tab open.

“Who still owes us from last month?”

Ask it. It has the ledger.

The Compliance Hub overview: a health score of 76 with licences, agreements, incidents and templates scored, and an alert feed with a licence renewal due soon.

“Which boarders have a vaccine expiring before pickup?”

Ask it. It knows every pet.

The grooming board: four pets scheduled, Maple and Archie checked in, Finn in the bath, Ivy in the groom, Stella ready for pickup.

Moving the card is the whole job.

Nobody types. The owner's page follows the card.

The revenue report for the last thirty days: total revenue, invoice count and average invoice, with revenue by day and by service.

“How did revenue do this month?”

Ask it. It has the numbers.

Maple's profile: the household strip with Biscuit, an AI summary of the pet, and four proactive care alerts including senior bloodwork due and a fourteen percent weight gain.

“Note on Jamie: Bella's left ear is sensitive.”

Type it. Confirm. On the record.

Retail & inventory

The shampoo goes on the same invoice. The shelf already knows.

Sell the oatmeal shampoo and the slicker brush at the counter, on the groom's invoice, with tax applied per product. Stock falls as you sell and as appointments use consumables; when an item drops below its minimum it is listed with the quantity to reorder, and a purchase order brings the count back up when the box arrives.

  • Retail price per itemAnything with a price shows in the product picker on the invoice.
  • Sales tax per productMark what carries tax; the receipt shows it.
  • Quick saleRing up the walk-in who only wants the brush.
  • ConsumablesAn appointment draws down what it uses.
  • Minimums & low stockBelow the line, listed with the reorder quantity.
  • Purchase ordersRaise it, receive it, and the stock comes back up.

enpet is new. The first businesses get a say in what ships next.

We are working with a small number of salons, facilities and mobile operators who want to shape the product, in exchange for candour about what does not work yet. Tell us what you run, how many pets a week, and what your current software gets wrong. We reply personally, and nothing is counted or promised that is not real.

enpet Services · done for you

Still on a page-builder website from 2019? An enpet Site is generated from your record.

A fast, bilingual, accessible website whose facts come from your enpet record, hosted on your domain, so it reads well for people and for the assistants they will send and stays correct when a price changes. Available now, built with you. Local campaigns measured in bookings, analytics with no cookies, a free agent-readiness audit to start. Pricing on request.

Questions

Things people ask before they switch.

Is enpet for businesses or for pet owners?

Both, and they are separate sign-ins. Businesses and their staff use the dashboard at app.enpet.ai; pet parents use the portal at my.enpet.ai. They share one record per pet, so what a groomer learns can reach the kennel, with the owner's consent.

Is the pet-parent portal really free?

Yes. Records from every provider, the passport, booking, messages, the Care Map, the Nearby board, lost & found and the safety tools are free, and nothing is ever deleted to enforce a limit. enpet+ is an optional membership for the AI concierge, wellness intelligence, keepsakes and extra storage.

Does the Care Map track where I walk?

No. The map runs on enpet's own tiles, so no advertising company learns which parks you look at. Your location is used only when you tap Use my location, and hazard reports appear only once a few different owners agree.

Can I bring my clients and pets from my current software?

Yes. Import clients, pets and vaccination records by CSV; MoeGo and Gingr export formats are recognised, and duplicates are detected and merged rather than doubled.

Can clients really book from a text message?

Yes. Staff send a priced, bookable card into the conversation and the parent accepts it in one tap; a real appointment is created through the same guarded path as any other booking. One-tap reschedule confirms and waitlist offers work the same way from a text.

Can staff really book by typing a sentence?

Yes. The staff companion turns “Book Bella for a full groom on Friday at 2pm” into a confirm card with the client, pet, service, time and price resolved from your own records. Nothing is booked until someone clicks Confirm, and the appointment then goes through the same rules as every other booking. Pet parents can ask their concierge about their own pets and move or cancel a visit by chat; new bookings from the portal go through the booking wizard.

Is the AI voice receptionist available?

Not yet. It is in development and is shown on this site only as “coming soon”: it is not part of any plan or of the feature count. Voicemails are already transcribed into the inbox today. Email admin@enpet.ai with the subject “AI voice receptionist” and we will tell you when it ships.

Which plans include the AI features?

Every plan carries a monthly allowance of AI-assisted requests such as drafting messages. Predictions, pricing intelligence and photo recognition are included on Professional and Enterprise.

How do payments work?

Payments run on Stripe. Clients pay at checkout, by hosted invoice link, or from a card on file; card numbers are collected by Stripe and never reach enpet. Each plan states its platform fee on the pricing page.

Who owns the data?

You do. Export clients, pets, appointments and financials on any paid plan, and requests for personal data under data-protection law are always honoured. Each business is isolated by row-level security in the database.

Which languages are supported?

English and Canadian French across the staff, parent and client-facing pages, chosen per user.
