198 capabilities, all shipped, grouped the way a business thinks about its day. Items marked with a spark use a model; 16 of them do.

Run the day

Front desk & arrivals

Who is expected, who is here, who is ready, and the one gate that decides whether a pet can check in.

  • Start-of-shift console

Today's pipeline, holds, gaps and promises to owners on one screen per location.

  • Arrivals board

Expected, checked in, in progress, with the pet's handling cues and live multiplayer presence.

  • Grooming Hub board

A kanban of the day, checked in, bathing, drying, grooming, finishing, ready, beside a queue and a timeline view. Move the card and the owner's live page moves with it.

  • Pickup board & lobby Live Board

Who is ready, on the desk and on a public kiosk screen the waiting room can read.

  • SmartArrival QR check-in

A scan fills the intake from the passport; owners can self check in from the car park.

  • Check-in gate

One rule for 'can this pet come in': vaccines, signed agreements and balances, warn or block.

  • Intake forms & agreements

Waivers, policies and forms captured before arrival, versioned by the Agreement Engine.

  • Checkout checklists

Belongings, meds and paperwork must be ticked before checkout completes.

  • Microchip & smart-tag lookup

Scan or type a chip at the desk to find the pet, its owner and its record.

Fill the calendar

Scheduling & booking

An availability engine that turns skills, shifts and buffers into slots, online, by text, by phone or from a chat.

  • Availability engine

Staff skills, shifts, buffers, time-off and overrides resolve to bookable slots; smart reassign when someone is out.

  • Self-serve booking page

Your own page at go.enpet.ai/book with services, locations, real availability and server-side pricing.

  • Multi-service visits & group sessions

One visit across services; classes and group walks with rosters and capacity.

  • Recurring rules & family bookings

Standing visits, and one booking for a household with several pets.

  • Booking rules for the portal

A minimum and maximum notice per location, and optional requirements before a request: a card on file, current vaccinations or a complete profile. The client is told what is missing.

  • Booking-request inbox

Portal requests arrive with an approve / review / hold recommendation from smart rules, with plain-English reasons.

  • Waitlist with text offers

A cancellation offers the spot to the next parent by text; one tap claims it.

  • Rescheduling campaigns

Propose a new time in a message; the parent confirms with one tap at go.enpet.ai/r.

  • Standby & Capacity Exchange

Fill a cancelled slot from opted-in clients across locations, or route a full house to a partner provider.

  • Draft preservation

A half-finished booking is never lost to a stray click.

One conversation, every channel

Messaging & communication

One thread per client across SMS, in-app, email, voicemail and calls, with booking, drafting and translation inside it.

  • Unified inbox

SMS, in-app chat, email, voicemail transcripts, logged calls, voice notes, internal notes and system milestones in one timeline.

  • Triage lane

Needs-reply, snoozed, done, assignees and SLA dots; inbound messages classified by category and urgency.

  • Bookable offers in the thread

Send a priced, bookable card; the parent taps Accept and a real appointment is created.

  • Reply-Assist

Tone-aware drafts, inline ghost-text that finishes your sentence, one-tap suggested replies from real shop data.

  • Summaries & translation

A two-line thread summary, translate the latest message, and translate-on-send in the client's language.

  • In-app first, SMS when it matters

Transactional messages go in-app with push for free; urgent ones fall back to SMS if unread (texting is opening to businesses soon).

  • Playbooks

Per-service sequences: pre-arrival instructions T-24h, a mid-visit story nudge, a review ask the next day.

  • Campaigns & broadcast

Segments, consent, marketing caps, quiet hours and a carrier-aware send governor.

  • Lost-pet alert

An alert with the photo to every client within a radius, in the app or by email. Never by text.

  • Voicemail with transcripts

With a business phone number (opening with texting), voicemails land in the thread, transcribed and tagged: reschedule, medical, general.

  • Composer power tools

Saved snippets with /snip, dictation, scheduled send, photos and voice notes, staff-only notes with @mentions.

  • Compliance built in

STOP / START / HELP handled automatically, opt-out ledger, segment-accurate SMS metering, history export.

Does the work, shows its reasons

AI & intelligence

A companion you can ask anything and let act, smart rules that show their reasons, and a dial that decides how much runs on its own.

  • Staff companion (⌘J)

Ask in plain language, who owes money, which boarders have a vaccine expiring before pickup, what needs attention this morning, and have it book an appointment, add a note or tag a client, each behind a confirm card.

  • An assistant for a sitting business

"What does Sam have tomorrow?" with every pet and window; book a midday walk for two dogs, set up Monday-to-Friday walks, or record a check that arrived, each behind a confirm card.

  • Booking by sentence

"Book Bella for a full groom on Friday at 2pm" comes back as a confirm card with the client, the pet, the service, the time and the price resolved from your own records. One click books it through the same path as every other appointment.

  • Copilot rail

On every page: what the autonomy dial did while you were away, what looks unusual, and a jump into the briefing.

  • Start-of-shift briefing

The day, week or month for each role from your own records, with a coach's read written by AI and checked against those numbers.

  • Foresight

What changed this week against an eight-week baseline across bookings, occupancy and revenue: a forecast from your history, explained by AI.

  • Autonomy dial

Per signal type: suggest, draft for approval, or act and report.

  • No-show & duration estimates

Smart rules: risk with reason codes and a suggested deposit; slot lengths from breed, coat and the groomer's pace.

  • Pricing intelligence

Smart rules over your own bookings: occupancy yield for stays, rule performance, client-value pricing profiles, revenue-gap alerts, stay upsell.

  • Breed detection & document extraction

A photo fills breed, coat and surcharges; a vaccine certificate photo fills the dates.

  • Voice to action

Say it with wet hands; the note lands on the pet and the task on the list.

  • Budgets you control

Monthly allowances, a spend budget, a burst cap, and your own provider keys on higher plans.

Full suites, calm yards

Boarding & daycare

A kennel board that updates itself, real capacity for yards, care logged from a phone, and rates that follow demand.

  • Kennel board

Live occupancy by suite: stays, siblings sharing, cleaning, open tonight.

  • Runs, rounds & care records

Feeding, meds, walks and notes per pet per stay; meds due on the board; a welfare record is never blocked.

  • Daycare groups & flex passes

Yards with capacity and evaluations; overrides are counted.

  • Morning report & handoff

The overnight summary and the shift handoff, generated from the care log.

  • Occupancy yield pricing

Smart rules move stay rates with occupancy, day of week and lead time, inside your bounds.

  • Boarding compliance & waitlist

Vaccine holds on the board; a boarding waitlist for peak weekends.

Vans, walks, home visits

Mobile & field services

Service areas, vehicles, travel pricing, GPS tracks and key notes are first-class, not bolted on.

  • Vehicles & service areas

Vans with capacity; the neighbourhoods you cover; travel charged by distance band and added to the invoice.

  • GPS-tracked walks

A track per walk: the owner watches the route while the walk is under way, with the home left off, and a group walk's report shows the map.

  • Home visits & home-access vault

Keys, codes and access notes where staff need them; owners manage their own.

  • Transport manifests

Pickup and drop-off runs with stops for pet-taxi days.

  • Weather alerts

Outdoor visits flagged by a rule when the forecast turns.

  • Coverage & shift trade

Broadcast a shift that needs cover; staff accept with one tap; trade shifts in a marketplace.

Home visits, walks, trips

Pet sitting & dog walking

Arrival windows, vacation sitting, stays at a sitter's home and a day that runs from the sitter's phone.

  • Arrival windows

Named windows per location, such as Midday 10–2. The client is shown the window, the office a planned time, on every way a visit is booked; online booking offers only the windows a day can still take.

  • Plan the day

Each sitter's visits ordered inside their windows around the set-time ones; the office confirms the plan, and a reminder appears if tomorrow is still unplanned.

  • Vacation sitting

Trips: the dates, the visits a day, the pets and the home tasks, previewed with every visit priced and holidays marked, booked by the office or requested by the client as one request.

  • Stays at a sitter's home

One stay from drop-off to pick-up for the household's pets, priced per night, inside each host's guest limit. A guest is the home's capacity, never the host's time, so the host still takes walks.

  • A usual sitter & a backup

Bookings, trips and standing schedules start with the household's usual sitter when free; when a visit goes to someone else, the office is asked whether to tell the client.

  • Changes come to you

A client's change to a standing schedule, or a pet added to a booked visit, arrives as a request the office approves or declines; nothing moves on its own.

  • Booking cut-offs

A cut-off per weekday, such as weekend requests by Friday noon. Past it the client is told plainly and given your phone number, and you choose to refuse or mark the request late.

  • Meet-and-greet first

An optional rule: a family you have not met is never confirmed online, and the request queue offers to book the meet-and-greet.

  • Who can book what

A service offered to everyone, to existing clients only, or by the office only; the portal and booking page hide it and say so with your phone number.

  • Permissions per dog

Off-leash, car rides, other dogs and photos, set by the office or the client. Adding a dog to a group walk without permission warns the office.

  • My day on the phone

Each sitter sees only their own visits in order, with the window, every pet, the checklist and a report box, and sends the visit report with photos from the phone.

  • Checklists for the home

Litter, mail, plants and trash per service, standing home tasks per client and a medication item per pet; the client reads what was done on the report.

  • Start, finish & poor signal

Start and finish times with a position when the sitter allows it, an alert for a visit not started, and taps kept on the phone until the signal returns.

  • The walk, live

For a sitter who shares their walks, the client sees the route drawn as it goes, never the house or where the sitter is now; the report says how far and how long.

  • Sitter messages

Sitters message the office from My day, about a visit or anything else, and the client of their own visit; sitters can be limited to the clients they are booked with.

  • Mileage

A sitter enters the day's miles; the pay run adds the reimbursement at your rate per mile.

One pet record

Clients, pets & compliance

The record that follows the pet: cues, vaccines, agreements, incidents and a passport the owner controls.

  • Clients & import

Trigram search, duplicate detection and merge, CSV import in MoeGo and Gingr formats, tags.

  • Switch from Time To Pet

Five steps, each previewed before anything is saved: clients with second owners, pets, addresses, access notes and vets; standing schedules; upcoming visits and trips, with nothing sent to clients; and each client's open balance with its due date.

  • New-client enquiries

An enquiry form with its own link and a "New here?" link on your booking page; the office replies, marks it lost, or converts it into a client with a meet-and-greet and a portal invite.

  • Pet profiles with handling cues

Muzzle needs, dryer sensitivity, blade notes, bite risk shown before anyone accepts the booking.

  • 345+ breed profiles

Duration, coat and service recommendations by breed, with your overrides.

  • Vaccine ledger

Requirements per species, 100+ aliases, warn or block at booking, reminders, revenue at risk in dollars.

  • Compliance Hub

Vaccines, agreements, forms, licences, incidents and an inspector export.

  • Safety Hub

Incidents with severity, photos, staff involved and the owner notification on record.

  • Pet Passport & verified credential

Owner-controlled sharing by section and audience; a signed credential any provider can verify.

  • Two-way pet sync

Consent-gated proposals keep the owner's passport and your operational copy in step.

  • Proactive care alerts

Dental, parasite prevention and other gaps surfaced with a one-click booking.

Get paid, sell more

Payments & commerce

Stripe under the hood; tips, packages, memberships, gift cards, loyalty and the retail shelf on top.

  • Billing Hub

Point of sale and the invoice ledger in one place; invoices from the visit.

  • Checkout with tips

Tip prompts with split rules; card on file; deposits that settle; refunds.

  • Pay by link

Hosted invoices with your branding at go.enpet.ai/pay.

  • Gift cards, packages, memberships

Full lifecycle for each; credits redeem at booking.

  • Autopay

Where you offer it, a client turns on autopay in the portal and agrees to its terms; each bill you send is charged to their card about fifteen minutes later, credit first, with no service fee added. The office sees who is on it and can turn it off.

  • Account credit

Each client's credit with its history: the office adds credit or refunds into it with a reason, and the client spends it on a bill from the portal.

  • Gift cards sold online

A gift card page with the amounts you choose; the buyer pays by card, the card is emailed, and the person who receives it redeems it as credit in the portal.

  • Paying online, the way clients pay

Clients pay several bills in one payment or part of a bill, add a tip that is split across the sitters by visits, and use Apple Pay or Google Pay.

  • Loyalty & promotions

Points and tiers; discount codes mirrored to Stripe and pinned to a business or typed at checkout.

  • Pricing rules with live preview

Breed, size, coat and time-based rules; conflict detection; change history.

  • Terminal readers

    Card-present payments through Stripe Terminal.

  • Monthly statements

Visits gather on one draft for the month or the trip; the office reviews and posts it, and a tip on it is split across the sitters by visits.

  • Bank payments (ACH)

Clients pay a bill from their bank account, or keep one on file, where your Stripe account is approved for bank payments; the bill stays owed until the payment clears.

  • Checks & cash

Record a mailed check, cash or a bank transfer against any bill, in part or in full, with the day it arrived; a mistaken entry is reversed with a reason and stays in the history.

  • Extra-pet & second-service pricing

Each further pet at the service's extra-pet price, and an optional percent off a second service for another pet on the same visit, named on the bill.

  • Holiday, same-day & family rates

Holiday surcharges that can repeat every year, a same-day fee after your cut-off, and a household's own rates, with who set them and when.

  • Ranges, quotes & price changes

A service can show a range, a from-price or "priced on request"; the office agrees one booking's price with a reason. A new price can start on a date, with a notice to current clients.

  • Deposits for new clients

A deposit policy can apply only to families you have not yet served.

  • Late payments & account holds

A due date and grace period, an editable reminder ladder, an optional monthly late charge you can waive, and an optional hold on new bookings past a number of days overdue.

  • Export for QuickBooks

Customers, services, invoices, payments and refunds as files in QuickBooks Online's import layout, matching your revenue and sales tax reports. Not a live sync.

The shelf by the counter

Retail & inventory

Shampoo, brushes and chews sold on the same invoice as the groom, with stock that keeps itself honest.

  • Retail at checkout

Give any item a retail price and it appears in the product picker on the invoice; a quick sale rings up the walk-in who only wants the brush.

  • Sales tax per product

Mark the items that carry tax; the invoice applies it and the receipt shows it.

  • Stock that moves with the work

Sales, manual adjustments and the consumables an appointment uses all draw the count down.

  • Minimums & low stock

A minimum per item; anything below it is listed with the quantity to reorder.

  • Purchase orders

Raise an order for the low items, receive it when the box arrives, and the count comes back up.

  • SKUs & categories

Products organised the way the shelf is, per location.

Staff Hub

Team & payroll

Roles, shifts, time-off, coverage, tips and a pay-run close that reconciles.

Every groomer sees their own tips and performance.

  • Payroll close

A tenant-wide pay-run close and reconciliation over pay periods.

  • Per-visit contractor pay

A percent of the bill or a flat amount per completed visit, with an amount per extra pet and a holiday uplift; each sitter reads their own statement once the run is closed.

  • Ratings per sitter

Each visit's rating belongs to its sitter: the office sees every sitter's average and latest comments, and a sitter sees their own.

  • Audit ledger

Append-only per business: who changed what, when.

  • Business pages machines can read

Your public booking page carries schema.org data, services with catalogue prices, listed locations and hours, a rating only where parents consented; a mobile business shows its service area, never a home address. A sitemap lists the businesses that opted into the directory, and every private page is marked noindex.
