Y a-t-il un essai gratuit ?

Oui. Chaque forfait commence par un essai de 14 jours. Une carte est requise au paiement et rien n'est facturé avant la fin de l'essai ; annulez avant et vous ne payez rien.

Combien coûte un paiement par carte ?

Deux frais, tous deux affichés avant que vous ne vous engagiez. Les frais de traitement de Stripe de 2,9 % + 0,30 $ (cartes américaines) sur chaque paiement par carte, déduits de votre versement. Et les frais enpet, ajoutés par-dessus : 0 % sur Solo ; 1,5 % sur Starter ; 1 % sur Professional ; 0,5 % sur Enterprise. Les pourboires portent les mêmes frais enpet que tout autre paiement par carte. L'argent comptant et les paiements externes ne portent aucuns frais.

Comment fonctionnent les textos ?

Chaque forfait à partir de Starter comprend votre propre numéro local d'entreprise, un par établissement, et une allocation mensuelle de textos comptés en segments de 160 caractères (Starter 1,000 ; Professional 2,000 ; Enterprise 4,000). Vos clients peuvent enregistrer le numéro, l'appeler et y répondre, et leurs réponses sont gratuites. Solo ne comprend pas les textos ; ajoutez Texting pour $9 par mois pour obtenir un numéro local et 400 textos par mois.

Que se passe-t-il quand j'atteins une limite ?

Les limites de stock, comme les sièges du personnel, bloquent l'ajout suivant et indiquent quel forfait la lève. Les allocations mensuelles se réinitialisent à chaque période. Les dossiers de bien-être et les notifications aux propriétaires ne sont jamais bloqués par un forfait.

Puis-je changer de forfait plus tard ?

Oui. Les passages à un forfait supérieur s'appliquent immédiatement. Les passages à un forfait inférieur prennent effet à la fin de la période de facturation, et rien n'est supprimé pour tenir dans un forfait plus petit.

Facturez-vous par établissement ?

Non. Chaque forfait comprend un nombre d'établissements ; Enterprise n'a pas de limite.
